Jaycees Grant Program

Every year, the Central Montana Jaycees award thousands of dollars to organizations whose programing directly influences youth in Central Montana.

Previously known as the Community Benefit Grants, funds were collected through the Community Benefit Raffle (CBR), an event held by the Jaycees annually for many years. As interest and participation declined, the funds dedicated to these important grants dwindled significantly. The decision was made to end the CBR event and raise money through a different avenue.

Funds for these grants are now raised by profits accrued during the Jaycees Beer Gardens at the Central Montana Fair. Youth programs may apply for these funds by completing a short application.  Previous recipients of these grants include but are not limited to:

● Community Easter Egg Hunt
● Boys and Girls Club Sewing Club
● Make it Happen, Inc.
● Fergus High Science Olympiad
● Fergus High School Summer Softball
● Grass Range High School Adventure DC/NYC program
● Fergus/Petroleum 4-H Leaders Council
● Lewis and Clark Elementary Math Boost and Math Counts Club
● Lewistown Youth Hockey
● Central Montana Youth Mentoring Program
● Lewistown Redbirds Baseball
● And the Junior After Prom Party

If your community program or project is in need of some assistance please check out our 2024 grant program application.
